We're delighted to share news that patients who have successfully submitted their application on our platform are now being reviewed by our partner clinic.
What does this mean? As our partner clinic reviews each application they will be updating your account status based on the information provided. If your documentation is satisfactory, your status will be set to "Accepted" and your consultation will be scheduled. If your status is set to "Refused", a note will be available which provides a reason and possible solution for you to continue.
Where can I see my status? When you log into the platform, if you have submitted your application data you will be presented with your account status. This page is updated as you progress, be sure to keep checking in.
What should I do next? Our partner clinic is currently working through each submission and will contact you to arrange a consultation or request further details. Keep logging into the platform to check your status for updates.
